Eddy Brennan's Tavern

Our Tavern in Groton, NY
Eddy Brennan’s Tavern is named in loving memory of Edward “Eddy” Brennan, the late husband of Groton Hotel owner Christine Clare Brennan. Eddy was a proud Marine, a successful entrepreneur, and a lifelong lover of history, art, travel, and hospitality.
In loving memory
The tavern’s name is a tribute to a remarkable man whose larger-than-life spirit, adventurous nature, and love of bringing people together continue to inspire the Groton Hotel. Having co-owned a bar in Washington, D.C., Eddy knew the magic of a great tavern—a place where friends gather, stories are shared, and memories are made.
